To Taint A Pure Soul

There are two sides to every soul. Kagome is the purest being alive but after the well is destroyed and she can no longer return to her family in the future. Then the betrayal of those she called her friends from the past. Stranded with no one to turn to will the darkness that resides in every soul overcome our dear Kagome or will she avoid the taint that threatens to consume her whole?
